Please include the full information about your PTA: PTA Name, address, President's name and contact information and whether your payment is for a new or existing site

Once the site is created the PTA president will be emailed with the login information. (Once we receive payment, please allow 5 days for site creation)
If you have an EXISTING SITE, please download a renewal form by Clicking Here. Please send the completed form along with payment to the address noted above.

Before requesting support please ensure you have watched the relevant help videos in the admin tools.In order to create a Texas PTA Network site, you must have your current President's contact information on file at the Texas PTA office. If you have not already done so, please complete and return that information by using the Local Officer Information Form Here. Fax to 512-322-9326, or mail to Texas PTA, 408 West 11th Street, Austin Texas 78701-2113, or e-mail to membership@txpta.org. We will e-mail you as soon as your site is ready to activate. Call 800-TALK-PTA if you have any questions.
Note:An initial username and password will only be released to the e-mail address on file for the PTA president as listed at the Texas PTA office. After receiving the username and password, the PTA president can then add other administrators.
